    1. This is a collection of relatively long articles. Some of them are good, some are not. I guess it depends on what you already know and do not know, your environment.A couple of articles that I really liked made the whole book worth it.Conveniently, each article has a short summary. I recommend skimming through the summaries. When a summary interests you, read the whole article.


    2. That is the awesome book. Not just latest articles about communication but some old still good ones. I highly recommend that book to anyone who is interested in how to communicate properly.


    3. HBR must reads are always great to read. Its beauty lies within the short articles discussing various aspects of a concept. On Communication was better than Managing Self in my opinion. There is one or two articles probably that weren’t up to the expectaton, and this will always be the case.


    4. Leaders tell stories. They know how to communicate and share their vision for where their organization is headed. They use stories to build a culture. Leaders persuade their colleagues (and bosses) to change and ship new projects. The know how to give (and receive) actionable feedback. These essays by HBR are thought provoking and made me question how I communicate.


    5. Very good book as are most from HBR. This book focused on communications which is always a much needed and much talked about attribute to leadership and organizational climate. Problem is what we think our message is is all to often misinterpreted. This books illustrates this point and what we as leaders in an organization bed to focus on to ensure our message, mission, vision and intent are known and understood by all.


    6. Solid HBR best of. It does what it sets out in the tried and tested HBR format. I highly recommend for those looking to learn about communicating as a leader in an organisation. There are no surprises but good examples of types of people you'll need to deal with as the boss or trying to convince the boss.


    7. The best article is "The Necessary Art of Persuasion", which is an excellent perspective on leadership. A few other articles stood out, but about half the articles are forgettable, and one or two of those are not good at all. Still, as far as business anthologies goes, this is pretty good. Just a bit dated, but it's not really noticeable.


    8. Great little guide to kicking butt in business, whichever kind you happen to be in. The advice is straightforward and practical. If you ever have to persuade someone or give a presentation, this is the book to read.



    9. 3 of the 10 are really good articles on communication and persuasion, the others are thought-provoking to say the least.



    10. Great read for anyone who has to interact with people as part of the job, which is pretty much everyone. I can see myself re-reading this regularly.


    11. A good resource to understand how to better deal with communication types outside your comfort zone. A better resource, if you allow it, to find gaps, problems and oversights in your own.
