    1. I've never been so excited to eat spinach; or at least not since I read his first book in 2004. This was somewhat of a rehashing of his original Superfoods Rx, but with more added content. But don't get me wrong, I thoroughly enjoyed it.     2. I did not get to read all of this book because I had to return it to the library. With that disclosure, I still prefer the original Pratt book (2004) on the 14 SuperFoods. This book focuses more on total health, and has almost too much detail- complicated exercise charts, complicated diets- including what is now 25 SuperFoods. I found it a bit confusing and you couldn't just pick a topic, the chapters seem to build on each other. If I found this at a book sale or garage sale, I would still pick [...]


    3. loved the simplicity of what to eat and that even if you did not have all the superfoods you can use "sidekicks" that do the same for your body.



    4. I just love this Superfoods guy. He makes eating more healthfully not only 10 shades of noble, he makes it sound easy and creative too.
